An Act relative to retired capitol police officers disabled in the performance of duty.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 90A of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as amended by section 2 of chapter 177 of the Acts of 1997, is hereby further amended by inserting after the word “officer”, in line 15, the following words:— or, capitol police officer.
