An Act relative to correction officers retirement.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 28N of Chapter 32 of the general laws as appearing in the 2006 official edition is hereby amended in line 13 by striking out the words “one percent” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “ two and one half percent”
