An Act relative to pension membership.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 1 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as most recently amended by chapters 112 and 131 of the Acts of 2010, is hereby further amended by striking out, in lines 168 to 170 inclusive, the words “and also including officials and public officers so paid whether employed, appointed or elected by popular vote for stated terms or otherwise.”

SECTION 2. Section 1 of said chapter 32 is hereby further amended by striking out, in lines 178 to 179 inclusive, the words “state officials, constitutional officers, member of the general court or other persons elected by popular vote”.
