An Act relative to the retirement benefits of certain employees of DCF.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 3 of chapter 32 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting after the word “prisoners;” in line 252 the following words:— employees of the department of social services holding the position of social worker A/B, C, or D, special investigator A/B, case reviewer, human service assistant, and human service coordinator or equivalent or successive titles at the Department of Children and Families who have been employed in such capacities for 10 years or more.
