An Act pertaining to retirement boards..

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Chapter 32  Section 20 (4)(b) as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition is amended by striking the words “said member shall be appointed in a city by the mayor, subject to confirmation by the city council, or in a town by the board of selectmen.”  in line 197 to 199 and inserting the following “ said member shall be appointed in accordance with the provisions of Section 20(4)(c).
