An Act relative to certain employees of the Massachusetts Department of Fire Services.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 3 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting in line 303, after the word "affairs" the following words:-
, full time employees of the department of fire services in the executive office of public safety and security, provided they have previously been full time members of a fire department of any city, town, or fire district, including Devens, the Massachusetts Military Reservation Fire Department, not previously classified in group 1.
