An Act relative to reinstatement.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 8(2)(b) of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the last sentence in lines 103, 104 and 105 and inserting in place thereof the following: “Such member shall be required to pay into the annuity savings fund an amount such member would have paid had he continued working, plus interest.”
