An Act relative to restoration to service.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 8 (2), of Chapter 32 of the MGL as appearing in the official edition
is hereby amended in lines 75 and 89 by adding the words “with the approval of the head of any department in which the vacancy exists”, immediately following the words “to such position” in line 75 and “to said position” in line 89.
