An Act relative to retiree check off.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 19 of Chapter 32 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following at the end thereof:-

Nothing in this Section shall prohibit the voluntary check-off deduction for membership in a retiree association or union and for voluntary programs relative to the association or union.
