An act relative to fees for the use of State House facilities.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 1.Section 9A of chapter 8 of the General Laws, as amended by section 3 of the chapter 55 of the Acts of 2003, is hereby further amended by adding the following sentence: - No fee or charge shall be levied upon non-profit or advocacy entities and groups petitioning, informing or engaging elected or appointed officials of the Commonwealth for meetings, receptions or exhibitions held in the state house during business hours.
