An Act authorizing the Governor to designate an additional justice of the peace in the towns of Groveland and Rowley.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Notwithstanding the provisions of section 39 of chapter 207 of the General Laws regulating the number of justices of the peace that may be designated, the governor may designate an additional justice of the peace in the towns of Groveland and Rowley to solemnize marriages under the provisions of said section 39.
