An Act designating a certain bridge in the town of Lakeville in honor of James Warren Buzzell, Jr..

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any rule or regulation of the department of highways to the contrary, the Bridge L-01-001 on Howland Road in the Town of Lakeville shall be designated and known as the James Warren Buzzell, Jr. Bridge in honor of his distinguished military career and life-long service to our country.  The department of highways shall erect suitable markers bearing this designation in compliance with the standards of the department and any existing historic preservation guidelines or statutes.
