An Act designating a certain bridge in the town of Bolton as the Harold E. Brown Jr. memorial bridge.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 1. The State owned bridge on Interstate 495 where it passes over Rt 117 in the town of Bolton shall be named the Harold E. Brown Jr. Memorial Bridge in honor of the late Harold E. Brown, Jr. who was killed while serving his country in Afghanistan. The department of highways shall erect suitable markers bearing said designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
