An Act designating a certain bridge in the town of Billerica in honor of William G. Greene, Jr.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any rule or regulation of the highway division to the contrary, the Bridge B-12-012, spanning the Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority rail line in the Town of Billerica shall be designated and known as the William G. Greene, Jr. Bridge in Honor of the Commonwealth’s former State Representative and Dedicated Public Servant.  The highway division shall erect suitable markers bearing this designation in compliance with the standards of the division and any existing historic preservation guidelines or statutes.
