In the Year Two Thousand Eleven

An Act relative to assisted living residencies.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, a resident shall have a physician’s assessment completed on an annual basis and upon the identification of a significant change in the condition of the resident.
