An Act authorizing the town of Sherborn to use certain town forest land for the purpose of constructing, operating and maintaining a wireless telecommunications facility.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The Town of Sherborn may change the use of a 1600 square foot parcel of land as shown as “Proposed 40’ by 40’ Lease Area” on a sketch plan of land entitled “Site Plan; Site no 4BN-0216-B, Site Name: Farm Road Sherborn,” together with a ten foot wide access, electric, and telephone service easement from Lake Street, (approximately 450 feet in length), as shown on said sketch plan, a copy of which is on file with the Sherborn town clerk’s office, which land is currently part of the Sherborn Town Forest, so that it may be leased for a period not to exceed 20 years for the purposes of constructing, maintaining, and operating a wireless telecommunications facility thereon.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
