An Act relative to reporting requirements for raffles and bazaars.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 7A of chapter 271 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 85, the words “twenty-five dollars in value” and inserting in place thereof the following words: a value to be determined by the attorney general.

SECTION 2. The fourth paragraph of said section 7A of said chapter 271, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the second sentence the following sentence: The reporting of winners’ names shall not be required in the case of minor children.
