An Act relative for the redemption of scratch tickets.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 29 of chapter 10 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended, by inserting after the third paragraph, the following paragraph: -

No person who sells a winning scratch game ticket shall refuse to redeem the winning scratch game ticket for a period of up to one-half hour after the sale of such ticket.
