An Act making municipalities eligible for certain licenses for the sale of motor vehicles.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 58 of Chapter 140, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “vehicles” in the first line of the section labeled “Class 2” the following:—
or any municipality or subdivision thereof
