An Act relative to polling places used for the general election..

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Chapter 54 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding after section 25 the following section(s):–

    Section 25A.  There shall be no school in the public schools that are designated as polling places on the general election day in presidential races.
