An Act raising the compulsory attendance age to 18.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1B of chapter 69 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “attendance” in line 102 the following:- provided, however, that all children under the age of 18 shall be required to attend school if they have not graduated.
