An Act reimbursing cities and towns for special education transportation costs.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 71B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 official edition, is hereby amended by adding the following new section:
Section 17. Cities and towns will be reimbursed up to 50% of the cost of special education out-of-district transportation costs.
