An Act to provide occupational therapists with professional teacher status.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.Section 41 of Chapter 71 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “school nurse” as they appear in the first sentence of the first paragraph the following:-

“Occupational therapists,”
