An Act to improve access to charter schools for students with disabilities and limited English proficiency.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 89(i)(3) of Chapter 71 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition is hereby amended by striking out the word "or" after the phrase "special education students" in the second paragraph and inserting in place thereof the following word:- "and"
