An Act relative to public school facilities.
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to improve public school facilities, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Subsection b of section 15 of chapter 70B of the General Laws, as most recently amended by section 4 of chapter 12 of the Acts of 2010, is hereby amended by striking the word “may” in the third sentence of the second paragraph and inserting in place thereof the following word:-
shall
