In the Year Two Thousand Eleven

An Act relative to unaffiliated voters.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Chapters 50 through 57 inclusive of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, are hereby amended by substituting the words “unaffiliated voter” for the phrase “unenrolled voter” wherever the phrase “unenrolled voter” appears.

SECTION 2. The phrase “unenrolled voter” shall be changed to “unaffiliated voter” wherever it appears in the regulations promulgated pursuant to Chapters 50 through 57 of the General Laws.
