By Ms. Reinstein of Revere, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 2022) of Kathi-Anne Reinstein that the Department of Conservation and Recreation designate certain pavilions in the city of Revere as the Peter E. McCauley III and Norman Gautreau Memorial Pavilions.  Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture.

An Act designating certain pavilions in the city of Revere as the Peter E. McCauley III Memorial Pavilion and the Norman Gautreau Memorial Pavilion.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  A pavilion located on Revere Street in the city of Revere shall be designated and known as the Peter E. McCauley III Memorial Pavilion in honor of Revere historian Peter E. McCauley III.  The department of conservation and recreation shall elect and maintain suitable markers bearing said designation in compliance with the standards of the department.

SECTION 2.  A second pavilion located on Revere Street in the city of Revere shall be designated and known as the Norman Gautreau in honor of Revere artist Norman Gautreau.  The department of conservation and recreation shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing said designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
