By Ms. Reinstein of Revere, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 2023) of Kathi-Anne Reinstein that the Department of Conservation and Recreation shall erect and maintain certain pavilions in the city of Revere as the Frank V. McCarthy Memorial Pavillions.  Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture.

An Act designating certain pavilion's in the city of Revere as the Frank V. McCarthy Memorial Pavillions.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Two Pavilion’s, Oak Island Pavilion 8 and Oak Island Pavilion 7, located on Revere Beach Boulevard, across from Oak Island Street in the City of Revere, shall be designated and known as the Frank V. McCarthy Memorial Pavilion’s in his honor. The Department of Conservation and Recreation shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing said designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
