An Act to maintain the operation of public swimming pools.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the department of conservation and recreation shall maintain continuous operation of all its public swimming pools and open all its swimming pools on the same date in the last week of June and close all its swimming pools on the same date in the last week of August.
