An Act relative to ballot questions..

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 6B of chapter 55 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-

No person, business, for profit or not-for-profit association, or any other entity shall contribute more than $500 in any calendar year to the promotion or defeat of any ballot question or initiative petition, so-called.
