An Act relative to the equitable assessment of bank fees..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3 of chapter 167D of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 3 and 4, the following: ¬- “, established for personal, family or household purposes,”.
SECTION 2. Section 41A of chapter 171 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 3 and 4, the following: -“, established for personal, family or household purposes,”.
