An Act relative to affordable housing units and condominium fees.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 40B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following new section:-
Section 23A. All purchasers of a condominium unit in a development containing affordable units pursuant to chapter 40B to sign a notarized acknowledgement that condo minimum fees may be apportioned to provide a subsidy to the owners of the so-called affordable units.
