An Act relative to the admissibility of office of alcohol testing records.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 76 of Chapter 233 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting the following after the word “carriers,” in line 7: - of the office of alcohol testing of the department of state police,”.
