An Act relative to the judicial advisory board.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.Section 6A of Chapter 211B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding after word “assistance”, in line 5, the following: --
“one (1) elected clerk of court appointed by the superior court clerks association, one (1) district court clerk appointed by the district court clerks association,”
