An Act relative to manslaughter.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
“Section 1.Section 13 of chapter 265 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- A corporation that commits manslaughter in connection with or as a result of any construction shall be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000,000.”
