An Act relative to OIS investigations.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding and general or special law to the contrary, any bargaining unit 8 Department of Correction employee under investigation of the Office of Investigative Services shall receive no less than 10 written days notice and shall have the right to union representation present at all aspects of said investigation.
