An Act relative to expediting 911 calls.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 99 of chapter 272 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended in paragraph D by inserting after clause (f) the following:
(g) for any operator or dispatcher of the state 911 system to record an emergency telephone communication without notifying the caller that the call is being recorded.
