An Act relative to retirement of appointed Clerk-Magistrates, Assistant Clerks, Recorders and Assistant Recorders.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 65A, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, the following section:— 

65A½. Appointed Clerk-Magistrates, Assistant Clerks, Recorders and Assistant Recorders shall retire from the judicial branch at age 70.
