In the Year Two Thousand Eleven

An Act relative to unemployment insurance.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 14 of chapter 151A of the General Laws, the experience rate of an employer qualifying therefor under subsection (b) of said section 14 shall be the rate which appears in the column designated “F” in paragraph (1) of subsection (i) of said section 14 for calendar year 2011.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect as of January 1, 2011.
