An Act relative to medical exposures of concern.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding and general or special law to the contrary, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts shall cover all 100% of the wages, current benefits, and co-pays and deductibles for workers who miss work due to a medical exposure of concern.
