An Act relative to creating a difficult to manage unit within the Department of Mental Health.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 19 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following section: -
Section 25. There shall be, within the department of mental health, a specific difficult to manage unit, so called, for men and a specific difficult to manage unit, so called, for women. Units shall be located at a specific and central location. Units shall address and consider issues relative to the difficult manage, so called, populations within the department and shall be consistent to the former difficult to manage unit at Taunton State Hospital.
