An Act relative to vacant lot zoning.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1: The fourth paragraph of section 6 of chapter 40A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- The provisions of this paragraph shall apply to any lot whether or not previously built upon, and shall have retroactive effect.
