An Act relative to food allergens.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The Department of Public Health must report to the legislature within 120 days of the bills passage a comprehensive plan on whether it is feasible to require restaurants to use different utensils, working stations and storage for foods that contain peanut oils or any other allergens that affect individuals who are allergic to peanuts.
