An Act relative to emergency medical care.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1 of chapter 111C of the General Laws as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is herby amended by striking out the words “department of public health” in line 16 and inserting in place thereof the following: Executive Office of Public Safety.
