In the Year Two Thousand Eleven

_______________

 

An Act to allow hunting on Sunday within the Commonwealth.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 57 of Chapter 131 of the General Laws is hereby repealed.  Sunday hunting shall be allowed in the month of December and the Division of Fisheries and Wildlife may promulgate such rules and regulations as it deems necessary for the implementation and administration of this section.
