In the Year Two Thousand Eleven

An Act to increase access to health services.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (b) of section 2 of chapter 32A as most recently amended in chapter 130 of the acts of 2008 is hereby amended by adding after the words “of Suffolk County” the following:
"…persons who are employed by private human service providers that deliver human and social services under contracts with the office of the Department of Housing and Community Development."
