An Act relative to mooring fee requirements.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 33 of chapter 291 of the acts of 2004 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. Section 10A of chapter 91 of the general laws, as appearing in the 2006 official edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 10 -12 the words “, provided, however, that no such mooring fees may discriminate on the basis of residence;”.
