An Act relative to correction officers retirement.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 28N of Chapter 32 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2006 Official edition is hereby amended by adding the following:

"For purposes of this provision, the term "performed services" shall be deemed to include any period during which the employee was employed but unable to work due a work related injury compensable under Chapter 152."
