An Act relative to health insurance for early education and care providers and their employees.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 1. Subsection (b)of Section 2 of chapter 32A as most recently amended by chapter 130 of the acts of 2008 is hereby amended after the words “of Suffolk county”, by inserting the following:- persons who are employed by early education and care providers that deliver early education and care services under contracts with the department of early education and care.
