An Act relative to the promotion of ethanol based gas pumps.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 94 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 295C the following section:-
Section 29C1/2. Any retail dealer who installs an 85/15 pump (85% Ethanol 15% Gasoline) shall be reimbursed 50% of the cost by the department and shall be credited with a $2,000 per pump exemption on their state business tax.
